The day of your funeral at the cematary, when the brackets that hold up the casket fell in the grave and you went in after it, I did think Jimmy could get any whiter. But it was the only thing all day that made me feel better. My very first thought was that you were there and got the last laugh and no one could top it. You could always make me laugh and you still do. I will love you forever.... Happy Easter, and yes I know we are having rabbit for dinner.

Oh yeah, talk about you being so convincing, Billy and I believed in Santa until we were around 12 and 13 years old. You and mom went to very elaborate lengths to make sure we believe.

Daddy, I remember in the winter when Uncle Mike, Aunt Velma, the kids and all of us would go back to the pond and ice skate all day. You would make a fire, we would roast hot dogs and have hot chocolate. You and Uncle Mike would Ice Skate circles around us kids, skating backwards, jumping barrels and us kids. Mom and Aunt Velma would sit around the fire and try to keep warm. It was GREAT............ I love you Daddy and miss you oodles & oodles XOXOX Tell Uncle Mike I love him and miss oodles too.........
