I have warm, cheery memories of Helen's days as the senior-most journalism student in our Western Washington University department.
I oversaw her internship on the Concrete Herald, and enjoyed her strong personality and determination not to let mature years stand in the way of her ambition and lust for life.
I'm sorry we lost touch in the last decade or two, as I've often wondered how things worked out for her.

Precious Helen,
All of us in the Crimson Crones chapter of the Red Hat Society want you to know that we all love and miss you. You had more life and vitality than all the rest of us put together.
I especially enjoyed those times that we got together just the two of us. Those time were few and far between, and we both knew how special they were as we talked about things that never came up during a chapter

I didn't write a message at first when she pasted. Just couldn't believe she was gone. Want to let you know I miss picking her up to taking her to our Red Hat meetings and Primetimers. Shirley and I miss her stories of what she did with her life.

Sending Love, ({HUGS}) and Prayers to "ALL" of You. Helen was a very Special Person and a Member of Our Extended Family known as "Prime Timers Dining Club". She will be Missed; but never Forgottened.
