Mr. Smart passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.

Mr. Smart was a resident of Riviera Beach, Florida at the time of his passing.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St James Missionary Baptist Church, 1524 W. 35th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida. with Dr. Tony Drayton, Pastor. At the request of the family, no visitation will take place. Interment at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
