Memories & Candles
Charles added such a spiritual connection to services with his music. He played for my conversion and Bat Mitzvah. I will always remember.

'Say not in grief 'he is no more' but live in thankfulness that he was
'Yesterday is a memory, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift, which is why it is called the present
'What the caterpillar perceives is the end, to the butterfly is just the beginning'

You have left a legacy here, in this community.
You are gone but not forgotten
You have graced the hearts of many people
You have always been prayed for
This is my way of showing my appreciation…
You will be remembered by us all

Saying good-bye is always difficult: whether you want to say good-bye for a brief time; for long time; or forever its always difficult.
We often forget to tell people that they are important to us and we appreciate them sharing their gifts that make the world a better place.. That small things can make great difference. That they matter.
We will miss you.

We Remember Them
In the rising of the sun and its going down,
We Remember Them.
In the bowing of the wind and in the chill of winter,
We Remember Them.
In the opening of the buds and in the rebirth of spring.
We Remember Them.
In the blueness of the skies and in the warmth of summer,
We Remember Them.
In the rustling of the leaves and in the beauty of autumn.
We Remember Them.
In the beginning of the year and when it ends,
We Remember Them.
When we are

Charles will always have a special place in my heart...his musical gifts helped to make my High Holy Days in Austin some of the most meaningful and spiritual in my lifetime.
I will also always remember his warmth and humor. He was not only a great talent, but he could also appreciate talent in others.
Thank you Charles...I will miss you.
