My heart is so heavy to have just learned of Cecy's passing. She was such a beautiful person, inside and out. My memories of her will forever be of her friendship with my mom, Juanita Alicea, and how they forged a bond around their love of God and their Catholic faith. I'm sure that they are both together and singing with the angels. To the family, my condolences to you all. Cecy's legacy will live in all of you and your children. All my love to all of you.

I just heard of Cecy's passing and wanted to express my condolences. What an incredible woman. Cecy was there for me and my sisters during our teenage years and during my mothers passing. They were warriors for Christ together and I would say one of my mother's best friends.
Cecy, I ask that you and my mom watch over us, what a reunion that must have been. You are gone but NEVER forgotten.

Hello Ceci,
We will all miss you. You were so kind to everyone and I remember when growing up in Conn. our family was so close and we spent many days and holidays together.
We were all in shock when this happened and I wish it didn't happen but the Lord works in his mysterious ways.
I know you are very well taken care. Love you very much and we will all surely miss you.

Dear Cecy, it was a big impact when I saw your death posted on Facebook for our sister Maria Rodriguez. We was in New York. Cesy, the Lord called, but we know you are in a better place.
