Memories & Candles
Dear Marcia and family, I want to express how sorry I was to hear of Jose's passing. I will continually pray for you all. Although my encounters with you and Jose was brief (when Irenda came to visit), I felt such a kinship with you and Jose. What an enjoyable time we had and I have always held it dear to my heart. I still have the CD he gave me and listen to it often with fond memories. Sheila

Dear Marcia and Guaman Family,
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family during this time of bereavement. It truly saddens my heart to know that God has taken him away; however it is comforting to know that Jose is no longer suffering, but at peace now. May God continue to bestow upon you blessings of strength and faith to carry on and to have the support of those who loved your father dearly. I will forever hold onto

THERE WILL NEvER BE ANOTHER, Like Jose. Upon meeting him for the first time I knew he had to be special for my sister to fall in love with him. I remember his warmth, relaxed manner and his goofy laugh and wonderful smile. I will cherish all the good times we shared together, holidays, boating events, parties, the Guamans just dragging me here and there and making me feel like family. All the Salsa events and going to the Ramp

I remember watching Jose coach the Holy Rosary 7th grade basketball team. I was on the opposing team, St. Ignatius, and Holy Rosary was fundamentally the best team in the league and nearly impossible to beat. He lead the team with great energy and passion. He was a vocal coach and I remember hearing him yell instructions and encouragement from the sidelines. A few years later, in 9th grade, I became close friends with Jose's son, Anthony (AJ). I would

Man, Jose. We had so many battles when our kids were little knucklehead, they don't even know! You brought the best out of me on the court. You will be missed Sir. We will battle again!

Jose and I worked for the same companies. I started in 1979 and worked in the Southwest and Jose was in the Northern CA. division. Jose was always fun and helpful and our paths crossed many times during the years with Dec 100 and sales meetings. I too, retired on 8/31/2012 and was not aware that Jose was ill. I was struggling with my own issue of my sister passing away the day before we retired.

Jose was a valued partner and contributor to HP in many ways. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Jose throughout my career on several critical projects. Through our time together we established a friendship. Jose will be deeply missed by me and I am sure many of his friends at HP. My sincerely condolences to your family.
