Though it has been a long while, I still remember the smile and friendly disposition Fred always shared with me, and everyone he worked with at Arkansas Parks and Tourism. He was just such a nice guy, thorough in all he did, and I am sure, everyone in heaven will enjoy all the happiness he seemed to delight in sharing with others here on earth. My deepest sympathy to his family and Fred, enjoy your much deserved reward with the good Lord above. Kindest regards, Paula Graves.

To Nancy and Family: We are deeply saddend by the passing of Fred. We enjoyed talking to him on Sunday mornings and he was always cheerful and a smile on his face. Although saying goodbye is difficult, we can take comfort that he is with Jesus now and completly healed. PTL!
