Dear Craig,
I am so sorry to hear of your passing and my condolences go out to all your family and friends. We never had the chance to meet each other in person, but we always chatted and spoke over the phone. You always knew what to say to cheer up a situation and make one feel very special. Your Goofy ways and Heart of Gold will be treasured for ever and missed. So my prayers and love go out to you and your loved ones. I miss you and pray for you everyday.

To all of Craigs family, Friends and work family,

My love and prayers go out to you all. Craig has been a big part of many of our lives at AHP for the past 5 years. We all have had many, many memories and laughs with Craig, that will never be forgotten. You never knew what direction the day would go in...But, one thing you did know is it would never be dull! It was a pleasure to know him, and

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of a very special person. I knew Craig for over 12 years. I hadn't seen him in a few years but we always had a connection. His caring nature was evident whenever you were around him. I will miss him dearly but I know I have an angel looking down on me now. Until we meet again.

Craig, you made a huge impact on my kids. For days after visiting the clinic and seeing you, all we heard about at home was "Mr. Craig". I regret not knowing you as well as others here, but thank you for treating my kids with remarkable kindness and compassion. I pray that my kids will grow up to treat others as you treated them.

Thank you for that.

Craig, we all miss and love you so much! I truly regret that we didn't see to much of each other in the past few years but I will remember the last time we did see you. I think that you had the biggest heart of the whole family - such a loving, caring and tender heart! You were such a great uncle to all your nieces and nephews and would have been a great father yourself! When I see

This was our theme park extravaganza the day before his birthday on June 4th, 2008.

Craig was loved by many, and it saddens me we lost touch after my little girl was born. Craig was the first person to joke about me being pregnant, and he was right. I didn't have a clue. Perception was one of his strong suits. As was comedy. Craig will always be one of the funniest people I have had the pleasure of knowing, and he had a way of brightening your day no matter how down you were. He
