Dena shared her love of Blue Healers with me- had one for many years. She was such a good friend to my dad- Hank Wagner. I had a lot of fun at their place as a child. Many many memories!!!!

Dena was so special to me she helped shaped me into the women I have become. She showed me love and shared so much of our family life with me. I Will miss her. She was the glue that held the extended family together. I am grateful to have had Dena be apart of my life. What a treasure . I am glad that I get to call her my Aunt and my friend...

We were very saddened to hear about Dena. Although I knew her from brief encounters through my Mom she was someone you immediately felt, "she was someone genunine". I know that my Mom will miss her dearly as Dena and Mom were best of friends, she talked about Dena regularly when we would talk. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

A favorite memory of Dena and Lyol is when we visited in 1972. I'd never seen the farm, or Lemmon for that matter. I think I could have moved in and stayed. Loved the sheep, cows, chickens and all that came with them. Dena let me hand feed a lame lamb. Couldn't understand why she wouldn't let me take it home.
