"My memories of Uncle Billy are all from my childhood. I remember him as being a lot of fun and taking a lot of time to entertain me. I am sorry to hear of his passing. My mother, Vivian, who passed away last year, spoke of Uncle Billy affectionately."

"My grandpa was a wonderful man. He had a big heart, and took care of everyone. When my brother and I were toddlers we lived with him and he took good care of us. When I became pregnant and my mother kicked me out of the house my grandpa told me to stay with him. When I was an adult and had a family and no place to go, my grandpa let us stay in the basement until we got our own home. If we ran out of food he would get us some. When we went to his house for a visit he always had our favorite soda and treats and told us to go get something wether we wanted to or not. For his great grandkids birthday he gave all the brothers and sisters the same amount of money so noone would feel left out. At halloween he would buy so much candy and split it up into gallon size zip lock bags and give it to them. There is so much more my grandpa was but most of all he was a great man with as huge heart!!!"
