BLUNT, Mr. M. Allen, 64, of Richmond, VA, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mason and Mildred Blunt. Allen was employed with Dean Foods as a Maintenance Manager. Allen is survived by his loving wife, Barbara J. Blunt "Partner"; son, Steve Blunt (Cha Cha); daughters, Stacie Melara (Sal), Bonnie Grubbs and Becky Robinson; sisters, Sharon Heilshorn and Delores Lentz; stepmother, Jerri Blunt; grandchildren, Dale, Gabriel, Marcus, Chauncie and Elijah; great-grandchild, Maddox. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Central Virginia Food Bank, 145 Rhoadmiller St., Richmond, VA 23220.
