McComas, Arthur Albert, (K2DJL), 75, of Bumpass, VA passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Susan Ann McComas; a daughter, Patricia McComas Hall; a son, Alan Arthur McComas and his wife, Ariane Benefit McComas; and two grandchildren, Katherine Anne and Nathaniel Addison Hall. Arthur was in the Army National Guard serving with the 102nd Armored Calvary of West Orange, NJ. He was a senior electrical technician for over 55 years. Arthur was an amateur radio operator for over 50 years.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 17, 2011 from 3:00 – 4:30 pm with a service beginning at 4:30 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
