HUSTER, Barbara J., R.N., 76, of Glen Allen, VA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 9, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Margaret Black of Johnstown, PA. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Dwight A. Huster; her devoted children, Lori E. Huster Pidcoe and husband Peter Pidcoe , William A. Huster and wife Marcy Huster; five grandchildren, Matthew Pidcoe and his wife Tiffany Kirkham Pidcoe, Joshua Pidcoe, Rebecca Pidcoe, Timothy Huster, and Zachary Huster; one great-grandson, Pierson Pidcoe; and numerous cousins. Mrs. Huster was the Parish Nurse at Kenwood United Methodist Church. Her interests included gardening and cooking, but her greatest passion was her family. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, where a Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Kenwood United Methodist Church, 11208 Elmont Rd., Ashland, VA 23005.
