Barbara S. Watkins, 68, of Ruther Glen, died Thursday, November 3, 2011, at Mary Washington Hospital. Born in West Virginia, she was the devoted and cherished wife of Richard Watkins for 49 years; loving and devoted mother to her children, Ricky Watkins, Melissa Torreyson, and Adam Watkins; a sister, Carolyn Franklin; two brothers, Jesse and Murray Eugene Holt; and five grandchildren, Michael Watkins, Nicholas Satterwhite, Kayla Collins, Ryan Torreyson, and Justin Torreyson. A funeral service will be held 6 PM Sunday, November 6, 2011 at Storke Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
