Blanche Yvonne Fortune Kozlow of Lakeland, Florida, departed this life on Friday, June 15, 2012.
She is survived by her son, Paul Gregory Kozlow; a daughter Donna Lynn Nebora; one grandson, Paul John Kozlow and one granddaughter, Mallory Elizabeth Nebora; one great-grandson, Silas Dane Kozlow; daughter-in-law, Patricia Kozlow; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Peter Kozlow; their son, Robert John Kozlow.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, June 20 at Storke Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, June 21, 2012 in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, VA.
The burial will follow at 12:00 noon at Quantico Cemetery.
The family requests memorial contributions to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, Florida 33823.
