Charles Steven Hogge, Sr.

Hayes: C. Steven Hogge, Sr. 78, went to meet his Heavenly Father on December 30, 2011 surrounded by his family. He was born April 8, 1933 to the late Joseph and Ida Hogge.
Steve was a member of Providence Baptist Church for over 60 years and served in the Korean Conflict from 1953-1955. He loved his God and his family. Steve's kind, sweet spirit will be greatly missed by everyone.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Edith Kellum and brothers, James, David and Wilmore Hogge.

Funeral services officiated by Reverend Dr. Richard Croxton will be held 2:00 p.m. on January 3, 2012 at Providence Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, January 2, 2012 from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Mattern and the staff of Riverside Walter Reed Hospice for the love and care that they rendered to Steve during his illness and death.
