Cheryl J. Elam, 53, of Woodford died Friday, 10, 2012, at her home. Born in Richmond, she was a graduate of Mary Washington College and a member of St. Mary o f the Annunciation Catholic Church in Ladysmith. She was an eligibility supervisor with Caroline County Social Services for 30 years. Survivors include her husband, Brent Elam her father, Josef Andrezjewski; two daughters, Lindsey Chase and her husband, Jason, and Kari Elam; three brothers, Michael, Joseph and Kenny Andrezjewski; a grandson, Owen Chase; and a special friend Frances Ayers. The family will receive friends at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Sunday, February 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Caroline Food Bank.
