Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Dessie "Dee" Shook-Lemley of Bowling Green; his mother, Mary Lemley; a son, Shane A. Lemley and his wife Tammy and their three children, Derek, Justin& Austin of Baltimore County, Md; a brother, Roger; three step-sons, David Taylor and his wife, Bernadine, and their three children, William, Destinee and Samantha "Sweet Pea" of Bowling Green, Daniel Taylor and his wife, Tammy and their daughter, Eda of Ashland, Kenneth Taylor and his wife, Angel Taylor and their children, Kelly and Ken of Woodford. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Lemley and a brother, Doug Lemley.
