Edwin Anthony Ducote, Jr. passed from this life on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at his home in Metairie, LA at the age of 56. Born in New Orleans and a resident of Chalmette prior to Hurricane Katrina. Son of the late Edwin and Louise (Gauthreaux) Ducote, Sr. Survived by two sisters, Patricia Cousins and Gaynell Ducote. Loving father of David and Courtney.
Graduate of Brother Martin High School ('75). Dedicated public servant as an officer of the New Orleans Police Department (retired) and currently employed with Akal Security.
Family and friends are welcome to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 4317 Richland Ave., Metairie, LA 70002 on Friday, February 8, 2013.
