Yates, Emma Beazley, 96, of Richmond, passed away on Wednesdayy, July 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis A. Yates. Emma is survived by two sons; Thomas (Diane) and James (Helen); daughter, Nancy Naman (Joseph); seven grandchildren, Michael, Amy, Emily, Katie, David, Kelley and Becky; four great-grandchildren, Nathan, Emma, Sydney, Cooper; two sister's-in-laws, Edith Beazley and Marion Beazley and several nieces and nephews. The Yates family would like to express their deep appreciation to the staff of Henrico Health Care. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 20, with a Christian Wake Service to be held at 7 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue. A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 21 at 10 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church, 811 W. Nine Mile Road, Highland Springs, VA 23075. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
