Fannie S. Beazley, 93 a longtime resident of Milford and Bowling Green, died Saturday February 18, 2012 in Mary Washington Hospital.

She was the widow of Philip A. Beazley Sr. and a member of Milford Presbyterian Church. She had been the bookkeeper for Blanton Trucking and worked at the Post Office in Milford. She went to work for Senator Paul Manns at the Caroline Progress and Manns Funeral Home in Bowling Green and continued to work at the funeral home for nearly 30 years; working for Manns, then Powell and finally Storke Funeral Home.

Survivors include her son, Phil Beazley and his wife Betty of Fredericksburg; two grandchildren, Jennifer Nielsen and her husband Jeffrey and Philip S. Beazley and two great grandchildren, Jake and Morgan Nielsen. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Finella Fearnow.

The family will receive friends at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Thursday from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 24th at 2:00pm in Greenlawn Cemetery.
