I was so sad to learn of Fannie's passing ( David Storke was kind enough to call me at the College). I have so many fond memories of our working together for 13 years. I could always count on Fannie for an honest , frank assessment of any situation, and I could not have asked for a more faithful colleague with whom to work. When I had personal difficulies, Fannie became like a "mother figure", always ready with good advice. I cannot imagine how many lives she touched in her service working with the Manns family, me, and David. She will be greatly, greatly missed. They don't make women like Fannie anymore.

So sorry to hear about your mother's death. I know how hard it is to lose your parent. Please know that I remember your mother fondly, even tho I have not seen her for many years. What I do remember best was her smiling face.
Hopefully your memories will help give you peace in this time of loss.
