Seay, Floyde E., 72, of Doswell, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Barbara K. Seay; three children, Sandra Scott, B.J. and Mark Seay; four step-children, Paula Buck (Mark), Karla Tuckwiller (Matt), Karon Mills (Mark) and Kevin Kump (Christine); sisters, Muriel Walton, Ann Sacra, Peggy Satterwhite, Sandra Thomas, Donna Skinner; brothers, Thomas Seay and George Seay; twelve grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Floyde was a mechanic and driver for C.W. Jackson Hauling for many years and he ended his working career with #1 Towing. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 10AM to 11AM at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, 412 S. Wash. Hwy., Ashland, where a memorial service will be held at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Doswell Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 85, Doswell, VA 23047.
