Mr. Frank Daniel "FD" Clayton, Jr.

Frank Daniel "FD" Clayton, Jr. 77, of Varina passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012. Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie and his brother, Tommy. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Helen E. Clayton; his children, Frank D. Clayton, III (Cheryl), Michael A. Clayton (Barbara) and Sabrina Clayton Nelson (Shawn); six grandchildren, Steven, Anna, Ashley, Raven, Courtney and Gunnar; two sisters, Delores "Dee" Cooper and Gloria Williams. He was Past Commander of the Sandston American Legion Post #242 and a member of the 11th District. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 26, 2012 2-4 & 6-8PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. A funeral service will be held at the same location Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 2PM. Interment will to follow at Washington Memorial Park.
