George Edward Morgan, 86, of Ruther Glen, formerly of Woodbridge died Saturday, January 7, 2012 at his home.Born in New York, he retired as MSgt in the US Air Force having served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of St. Mary's of the Annunciation and the Disabled Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Viviane B. Morgan.
A funeral service will be held 1 PM Friday, Jan. 13 at St. Mary of the Annunciation, 10306 Ladysmith Road, Ladysmith, VA. 22501. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday, Jan. 12 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, VA. 22427.
Mr. Morgan's ashes will be interred at a later date in La Courade Cemetery in Ile de Re France.
