Gertrude Ethil (Watkins) Forsberg, 85, of Judsonia, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the White County Medical Center in Searcy. She was born January 20, 1927 a daughter of the late Troy James and Ethel Pearlie (Middleton) Watkins. Gertrude was a retired caregiver and loved music. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her 3 children, Patsy Roach, Wanda Gilbert (James) and Marvin Forsberg (Judy); 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Watkins.
Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James VanOven officiating. Interment will follow in the Providence Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Powell funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
