Proctor, Gray Ikey, Jr., 65, of Ashland, passed away on April 24, 2012. He is survived by a brother, Ronald Barnett; a sister, Brenda Mills; a niece, Shannon Mills; a great niece, Meadow Batten; and a close friend, Tammy Mills. Ikey worked as a machinist for Farmers Machine Shop. Services and interment are private.
