Gregory Brent Shaw, 56, of Prince George passed away Monday, November 8, 2010 at his home. Mr. Shaw was preceded in death by his daughter, Samantha Faye Shaw, his grandmother, Pearlena Shaw, his father and mother, Emory and Frances Stallard. Gregory was owner and operator of Shaw’s Delivery and Recovery, a member of the Hopewell American Legion and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran serving in Viet Nam. He is survived by his wife, Sue Shaw, three daughters, Christinia Springfield and her husband, Brent, Rebecca Wolfe and her husband, Jason, Victoria Howie and her husband, John, five grandchildren, Gabriella, Maria, Alex, Ava and Andrew, a brother, Milford Fletcher, two sisters, Darlene Lewis and Eugena Martin. A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, VA, with a visitation one hour prior to service.
