Helen, a lifelong resident of the area, was born February 5, 1918, in Howe, Oklahoma, to L.D. & Evie (Smith) Gibson. She was a member of United Methodist Church in Howe. When she went home to be with her Lord and Savior she was surrounded by her family as she stepped in the presence of Jesus. Helen was a graduate of Howe High School.
Helen was preceded in death by: Her Husband – Jewell Davis, 1 Son – Doyle Davis, and 1 Sister – Lorene Hancock.
Family will visit with friends Friday, January 11, 2013, at Dowden Funeral Home – Heavener, Oklahoma from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
