Iva Mae Corbett, 77, of Enon passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010 in Riverview on the Appomattox. Mrs. Corbett was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Corbett and was a member of the Hopewell Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Nester and her husband, Mike, two grandchildren, Stephanie Mullins and Jamie Nester, four great grandchildren, Casey, Landon, Ryder Mullins and Lexy Nester, two sisters, Christine Johnson of Wilson, NC, and Shirley Johnson of Selma, NC, three brothers, Robert Corbett of Clinton, NC, Earl Corbett of Hopewell, VA and Ricky Corbett of Roanoke, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, August 22, 2010 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, VA and where funeral services will be conducted 10:00 am Monday, August 23, 2010 with Rev. Doug Echols and Rev. Lewis Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd. Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852
