Jacqueline Elaine Miller, Mrs.

MILLER, Mrs. Jacqueline Elaine, 62, of Sandston, Va., died Sunday, August 26, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Miller; father, Harry Winter; and her brother, Bobby Winter. Mrs. Miller loved gardening, canning and all her pets that she called her "Babies." She is survived by her mother, Dolores Winter; brother, Butch Winter (Brenda); sisters, Cheryl Turolis, Sandy Wilcosky (Jeff) and Tammy Boyer (Kevin). The family will receive friends Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23230, where a service will follow at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
