James "Frog" Jenkins

Hayes: James E. "Frog" Jenkins, 64, a lifetime resident of Severn passed away after a short battle with lung cancer, peacefully at his home on Saturday, September 8, 2012, surrounded by his family. Frog spent most of his life as a local waterman. He was also very well known over the years as a talented wood craftsman.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Andrew Jenkins; mother, Mary Emily Jenkins; and brother, William A. Jenkins, Jr.
Left to love and miss him, but always cherish his memory:

son: Greg Jenkins of Hayes
two precious granddaughters: Kaitlyn and Kamryn Tomlin
and a host of other family members and friends
Funeral services officiated by Reverend Clyde Dalton will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Interment will follow in Gloucester Point Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, September 10, 2012 from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family extends a special thank you to Peninsula Cancer Institute and Riverside Walter Reed Hospice for their loving concern and care. You truly touched his heart!
