Jan passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012.
Jan was a resident of Allentown, Pennsylvania at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Moshe.
SERVICES: Graveside, 1 p.m., Sunday, November 25, Keneseth Israel Cemetery, Allentown.
