Jane B. Madison, 78 of Bowling Green died Thursday August 16, 2012 in Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
Born in Caroline, she was an active member of Bowling Green Baptist Church and had retired after 43 years with Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. For many years she was volunteered her time and cooking with the Bowling Green Fire Dept. Auxiliary and then with the Ladysmith Rescue Squad Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, James Madison; three sons, Keith E. Madison, Kevin L. Madison (Kimberley) and J. Kelly Madison (Jennifer); her sister, Emily Chilton and five grandchildren, Michael, Cody, Ryan, Kendall and Tyler Madison.
A funeral service will be held Sunday August 19th at 2:00 PM in Bowling Green Baptist Church, with Pastor Greg Webber officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Saturday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Bowling Green Baptist Church, P.O. Box 543 Bowling Green VA 22427.
