Jean M. Terry, 79 of Milford died Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at her home.
Born in Caroline, she was a member of Cardinal Baptist Church and VFW Post 10657 Women's Auxiliary in Ashland.
Survivors include her husband, James Milton Terry; five children, Bennie Ray Tillman, Jr. of Mechanicsville, Karen Wagenbaur (Wayne) of Chesterfield, Cheryl Brooks (Raymond) of Milford, Pamela Knepp (Craig) of Ashland, and Kevin Langford (Teresa) of Woodford; eight grandchildren, Teresa Skinner, Chad Brooks, Christopher Poyner, Robert Trainham, Randy Moon, Rebecca Moon, Crystal Tillman, and Dylan Langford; and three great grandchildren, Devin Skinner, Alexis Skinner and Nathan Trainham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Langford and two brothers, Maynard and Marshall Carter.
A funeral service will be held 11 AM Friday, April 6, 2012 in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green with Rev. John Boquist officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Cardinal Baptist Church, 25050 Ruther Glen Road, Ruther Glen, VA. 22546.
