Kenneth Lee "Kenny" Atkinson, of Sandston, VA, passed this life on December 20, 2012. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 54 years, Thelma; three sons, Kenny and his wife Carol of McKenzie, TN, Paul of Virginia Beach, VA and David of Sandston, VA; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His love and kindness will be missed by all. Kenneth worked as an aircraft mechanic for over 40 years and retired from Reynolds Metal Aviation Department. He served in the Naval Aviation Department of the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Services will be private.
