Kenneth L. Millard, Jr. "Bird" of Washington, DC entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 18, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents Lorraine C. and Kenneth L. Millard, Sr. and Dallas Banks. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Patricia, children Kendra and DeAndre Parker-Millardand one grandaughter Kennedy "Sidepocket" James. Also survived by his five siblings; Cecelia Hopkins, Pamela Curtis, Patrice Irby, Phyllis Pendleton (Michael) and Kenneth K. Millard.
