Long-time North County resident and beloved waitress, LaDonna Lynn Dunning Rohrer passed away peacefully at her Paso Robles home on January 24, 2013. She was 52 years old.
LaDonna lived her life in service to others, most notably during her long career as a waitress. She was employed by Wilson's Restaurant in Paso Robles for 10 years.
No one was a stranger to LaDonna. She embraced everyone as an instant friend. With a zest for life, LaDonna loved to be outdoors. She enjoyed attending car races and going to Naciemento Lake, but her greatest joy was rescuing and caring for abandoned cats.
LaDonna is survived by her husband, Jim Rohrer of Paso Robles; father, Warren Dunning of Jamestown, sister Debra of Temecula; twin brother and sister, Kenneth Dunning and Karen Swift of Mississippi. LaDonna was preceded in death by her mother, Flora in 1998.
