Loretta Ann Langston, 75, of Hopewell passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011 in John Randolph Medical Center. Loretta was a member of the Sycamore United Methodist Church and was a waitress at the Dixie Restaurant for forty four years. She is survived by her daughter, Jeri Harlow and her husband, John, grandson, Elliotte Harlow, granddaughter, Katie Harlow, a devoted friend, Loretta Moneymaker and her husband, Ronnie, a cousin, Johnnie Mitchell and his wife, Linda. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 pm Sunday, February 6, 2011 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, VA. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Monday February 7, 2011 in the Sycamore United Methodist Church with Rev. Bert Cloud and Rev. Regina Anderson-Cloud officiating. Interment will be private. Flowers are welcome, however, memorial contributions may be made to the Sycamore United Methodist Church Building Fund, 9710 Old Stage Road, Prince George, VA 23875.
