Louvenia was a resident of Williamsburg, Virginia. Louvenia was formerly from Hallsboro, North Carolina.

The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, September 22, at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 210 Hallsboro Road South, Hallsboro, NC. Burial will be in the Hallsboro Memorial Park. Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Friday from 1:00 to 8:00 PM and at the church Saturday one hour prior to the service. Friends may visit the family at 257 Clyde Collier Road, Hallsboro, NC.
