Mr. Lowell Thomas Osborne

Osborne, Lowell Thomas "Tom", passed away on July 3, 2012 at the age of 78 at his home in Ashland, VA. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Lelia and Walter Osborne; 4 brothers, June, Jack, Paul and Bill Osborne; and 3 sisters, Frances Dickerson, Jean Proctor, and Lois DePew. Tom was a business man for many years ending his career as the Senior Vice President of Massey, Wood & West. He was a member of Saint Ann's Catholic Church and a long time member of Goochland Baptist Church. Tom is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Ann Waldrop Osborne; his daughter, Lisa O. Flagg and son-in-law Mike Flagg of Ashland, VA; his son, Steven Todd Osborne and daughter-in-law Phyllis of Heathsville, VA, and grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica and David Flagg, Chase Osborne, Logan Osborne and Ashley Lane; and one sister, Doris Kelly, and husband Eugene of Rockville, VA. Visitation is 4-6 p.m., Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Nelsen Funeral Home-Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA. Funeral mass will be held 10 a.m., Monday, July 9, 2012, at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 105 S. Snead St., Ashland, VA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Ann's Catholic Church, 105 S.
