Maribeth Irwin Brittle, 62, of Williamsburg, passed away on June 23, 2012. She was a graduate of Wellesley College in Wellesley, MA and received her law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, TX. She is survived by her husband, Alan Brittle; sons, R. Scott Lynch, Jr. (Erin Q. Lynch) and James W. Lynch. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Phillip.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date in Salem, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Humane Society, 430 Waller Mill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
