Reuben Winston Samuel, Jr, 69, of Hanover County, VA, passed away April 3, 2012 peacefully with his loving family at his side. He is preceded in death by his father, Reuben Winston Samuel Sr, and mother, Ruth Tate Samuel Slate. He is survived by his two loving daughters, Nikki (Joe Walker) and Tiffany Samuel. His loving family, dear neighbors and fond friends will love and miss him always. Reuben had many passions and lived life to the fullest. His passions included corvettes, fishing, eating crabs, and spending time on the water. Reuben worked as a systems analyst at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and later retired from Computer Sciences Corporation. The immediate family thanks everyone for their generous support over the past years on their Dad's behalf. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held this summer based on Reuben's last wishes.
