Rita B. Maslock, 52 of Bowling Green died Wednesday January 9, 2013 in Mary Washington Hospital. She worked at Woodmont Center Nursing Home and had been a caring geriatric nurse for 32 years. She loved singing, butterflies and her two dogs, Abbey and Mikey.

Survivors include her son, Aaron M. Maslock and girlfriend, Kacie Luttrell of Bowling Green; three sisters, Shirley Hanks of Colonial Beach, Carolyn Miller of Glen Allen and Bonnie Blum of Spotsylvania, and foster brother, Peter Stolz of Florida.

The family will receive friends at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Monday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 15th at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fredericksburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society c/o P.O. Box 920 Bowling Green VA 22427.
