Shirley B. Liles, 56, of Ruther Glen died Sat. Dec. 8, 2012 at Memorial Regional Medical Center.
Born in Roanoke Rapids, NC, she had worked at the Exxon Pit Stop in Doswell for more than 10 years. She was a loving mother, wife, sister and friend to many and always had a calling heart.
Shirley is survived by her husband, William C. Liles; a son, William C. Liles, Jr. and his girlfriend, Meghan; a daughter, Pamela J. Liles; step-daughter, Casey Liles; two brothers, Jimmie Ray Burnette and his wife, Julie and Michael Wayne Burnette; two grandsons, Ricky and Parham Cannon. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ethel C. Burnette and a brother, Kenneth Burnette.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, VA. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 6-8 Mon. Dec. 10 at the funeral home.
The family wants to thank her many special friends and caregivers, Annette and Gloria Jean.
