Tammy Jean Carter, 29 of Woodford died Tuesday August 7, 2012.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Teresa and Rich Dzurovcin; her father and step-mother, Jeff and Maria Carter; two children, Bradley Duggins and Brooklynn Carter; three brothers, Mark, James and Jeffery Carter; step-sisters, Tiffany Payne, Katie Beazley and Christine and Kayla Dzurovcin; step-brother, Matthew Woods; grandfather, Earl Carter and grandmothers, Carol Grooms and Trella Bettis.
A funeral service will be held Monday August 13th at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday 2:00 – 4:00 PM.
