William B. "Billy" Kelley, Sr., of Caroline County died Sunday, January 22, 2012 at his residence. Survivors include his mother, Pamela Strother of Spotsylvania; four children, Samantha M. Kelley of Stafford, William B. Kelley, Jr. of Caroline, Joni L. Rozell of Ruther Glen, Keith L. Brinkley, Jr. of Ashland; five brothers, Alby Gene Kelley, Jr. of Caroline, Kenneth R. Kelley of Stafford, Ricky Kelley, Thomas A. Kelley of and Robert L. Kelley all of Spotsylvania; seven grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Woodard, MyKenzie Rose Rozell, Madison Leigh Rozell, McKinley Allen Scott Rozell, KayCee Lynn Brinkley, Jordyn Leigh Brinkley and Trinity Glen Nuckols; several nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves behind his caregiver, Anne Flockhart. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Joni Woodard Kelley and his father, Alby Gene Kelley, Sr. A celebration of Billy's life will be held 6-8 pm Wednesday, February 1 at the Caroline County Moose Lodge, 24385 Rogers Clark Blvd, Ruther Glen, Va. 22546.
